Ahh, June. No better time of year to eat pumpkin! Do you disagree? I think you're missing out on life if you are limiting your pumpkin intake to autumn only! This oat bowl will convert you. Bloobs, pumpkin seeds, pecans, and pecan butter gives this breakfast all the feels.

Not-Just-For-Fall Pumpkin Oatmeal (V, GF)

Ingredients
1/3 cup of quick oats
1 scoop pea protein (I used TJ's)
2 tbs pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2/3 cup of water
3-4 drops of stevia
Serving Suggestions
maple syrup
blueberries
pumpkin seeds
pecans
pecan or almond butter
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat on medium until boiling then turn down heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve with your favorite toppings!
